Why should we use a design firm?
Generally we have found that our clients lack the vision that it takes to complete a design project on their own. Our gift has been to visualize a project completed before pencil ever hits paper. Furthermore, we have made strong relationships over the years with established distributors and have access to product that the public may not.
Why should we use your design firm?
We have been extremely successful over the last 20 years with providing our clients with diverse and unique design solutions for their projects in both residential and commercial applications. Our work really speaks for itself and we have hundreds of satisfied clients who will attest to our passion for perfection.
How much are your design fees?
Our clients have found that our design fees will average 2%-3% of the total cost of the remodel, yet the value of their property can easily double, maximizing their largest personal investment.
Do you provide construction services as well?
We do provide design and construction service for about 35% of our clients. The advantage of having our firm help renovate your home is that by the time the plans are done, typically we know your project inside and out and know what your needs and goals are. Remodeling is always stressful and we can alleviate some of the pressures with our in-house project management staff that provides daily site supervision for your project. Once we have established a budget and a timeline we can provide you with daily schedules of the work that will be completed so that you can anticipate which trades will be onsite each day. We have a team of craftsman that we have worked with over the last 20 years that are sensitive to your home environment and will be as unobtrusive as possible.
