Senior Design Consultant

Joined PCA in: 1998
Stephanie Rozzell is a 4 year graduate from the Portland Art Institute in their Architectural and Interior Design program, where she was a standout student. Stephanie has been with PCA for over 11 years and is an invaluable asset to the firm's design department. Stephanie brings her expertise in residential space planning and design, cabinet and furniture design, textile color and fabric selection. She is involved in all aspects of the design process.

Sharon McElheran
Accounting
Education: Associates Degree in Business Science
Joined PCA in: 2003
Sharon is in charge of all the accounting functions of Phil Chek & Associates. She specializes in construction accounting. Her knowledge in accounting software allows us to complete our estimates to our clients in a timely fashion. Sharon has been in the accounting field for over 15 years.

Cristie Lederhos
Executive Assistant / Project Manager

Cristie not only serves as Phil's personal assistant but also provides scheduling and project management for our construction projects. Cristie's excellent communication and problem solving skills are vital to PCA and appreciated by our clients and contractors. Coordinating with contractors and clients for meetings can be very challenging yet Cristie always seems to find a solution. Cristie is a cornerstone at Phil Chek and Associates.

Andrew Wade
Digital Assistant
Background: Photography and Digital Imaging
Joined PCA in: 2008
Andrew is the newest member of Phil Chek & Associates. He uses his experience in graphic design to create the company's advertising and 3D renderings which help clients visualize work before construction begins.
Andrew also handles the company's photography and computer needs.

Office Mascot / Watchdog
Background: Pep Talks, Emotional Support, Dog House Design
Joined PCA in: 2009
Doug has recently come on board as the mascot for Phil Chek & Associates. He can be found every day hard at work in the office lending his design input and encouragement when the going gets tough.
Dougs experience in the Department of Homeland Security also earned him the title of Watchdog at PCA.
